Good afternoon.
I apologize in advance for the inconvenience and for my poor English proficiency.
I'm having trouble logging into my account due to two-factor authentication. This is related to the university mail. To be honest, this situation is the result of my negligence and inattention. In general, the question is: can my dmitri.cissa@MUHAMMAD IQBAL .utm.md account be reset and send data to restore access to dmitri.cissa@harsh.com .com?

    Seems you'll need the university admins to reset the two factor setup.
