SC-900 Certification test

I recently attended the "Microsoft Security Virtual Training Day: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals" free training offered by Microsoft on Feb 10-11. I was supposed to get a free certificate exam attempt with the training.

I attended the training but did not receive a confirmation email. On Feb 14th I received an email stating I missed the training course (which was not the case.) I would like to schedule my certification, but I am unable to do so at this time.

Who do I need to contact to look into this further?
