Hi Team,
We have integrated Azure alerts with ServiceNow using secure webhook. An incident is created in ServiceNow for say sevicehealth alerts recieved.
WE have below statuses for an alert fired in Azure monitor. New -> Acknowledged - > closed.
I am looking to check options to see if we can change the alert status to Aknowledged status automatically with ServiceNow ticket updated in the comments section.
Please let me know if that is possible?
I went through documentation online but could not find anything related. Any help or direction related to it would be helpful.
