Defender Quick Scan - Microsoft 365

Hello ,

We have M365 License and all endpoints have Defender antivirus ( licensed ) , we have the highest level of Azure AD and Office 365 license and also we have Endpoint manager ( Intune ) .

So we have all Windows laptops being managed by Intune and have Defender antivirus . I need to know from where I can run a 'quick defender Antivirus ' scan on my windows endpoints and see the results of same ?

Should that be from Intune or M365 Portal ? I have tried everything , but not able to see where I can see the results , though I see option to the run the scan I get from both Intune and M365 portal .Please help .

I triggered a quick scan from Intune but no way to find where I can see the results of Scan . Surely there would be a console or portal Intune or M365 where I can remotely see the results without bothering the end user or calling him or doing remote desktop to his PC .
