I am not able to create Virtual Machhine in Azure Student account.

I have got registered as Azure for Students. I opened Azure Portal and start exploring feature on Azure portal to create a virtual machine, but I am not able to create it. I'm not able to select any size.

I tried this, but it's showing "Your subscription isn't eligible for a quota increase.
