MS Azure Certification Email address error

My MS id is MSxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I had registered for AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification with my company email address xxxxx@yyy.com. But when i login into MS outlook i have to use my employee number so I login as xxxx@yyy.com. As can be seen in the attachment, xxxx@yyy.com login works, ut i cannot login using xxxxx@yyy.com in MS. As such, when i login with xxxx@yyy.com i dont see my certification appointment. I have an exam scheduled for 11'th May 11:30am EST. Can you please help me update the email address for this exam from xxxxx@yyy.com to xxxx@yyy.com
