Get certificate from Personal account

I have two accounts with the same credentials - personal and organization (business) account.
The option to choose which account to access is not displayed any longer. It automatically logs to the business account and when I try to login to personal account - it says the credential does not exist.

How do I access the personal account?

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
