Autopilot hangs at on identifying apps in the Device Setup stage of the ESP.

Like many others I am getting devices stuck on the ESP page during the device setup stage identifying apps. There is currently a single app marked on ESP as required. There is then other apps listed as required in the apps section. We are not mixing Win32 and LoB apps. Does anyone have any advice on where I can go to troubleshoot why this is hanging or which app is hanging? I know some people are saying to just turn off the ESP page, however, we need this there to ensure that 1 app is installed prior to user login. there is also then 15 odd applications that are installed on every machine that we need automated.

@ZacAvramides-9858, To troubleshoot app deployment failure during ESP, we can collect Windows Autopilot MDM logs. Then we can analyze the registry and IntuneManagementExtension.log to get more details:

Hi Crystal-MSFT
We are still working through it. So far we have not needed the log as we have removed and deleted all LoB MSI apps and migrated to 100$ Win32 apps. So far we have not gotten stuck at that prompt. Once this project is done I'll be digging into those files to look over them. Time constraints at the moment haven't allowed that.
