Hi,
I have a problem with my personal tenant on portal.azure.com.
Scenario
1. I log in to portal.azure.com with work account.
2. Then i try to switch to my tenant.
3. login shows and requires windows authenticator app.
4. Problem is that my old phone is broken and I have new one and no notification are received so I cannot log in to tenant.
5. Since I cannot login to tenant I cannot change authentication method or add new mobile device to allow authentication.
6. Since I am only person which in that tenant I do not know how I should solve this authentication problem
Another reason I want to solve this is that I have transferred my visual studio subscription to this tenant and If i am not able to login I cannot use this subscription anymore and without login I do not know whether I can somehow transfer it back.
Can you help me with
- login problem
- or at least with subscription transfer if possible?
