Hi @AbhimanyuSharma-8660 , are you the admin? Has anything changed on-premises such as password requirements or other account configurations?
Yes, i am an Admin. We didn't do any changes in our on-prem environment. Though yesterday after reading alot of MS Articles. My site manager and me , did the following steps and some how SSPR is working for everyone in the organization. Don't know if this is a right approach but the below steps worked.
Start the AADConnect wizard and disable Password Writeback
Do a delta sync
Start the AADConnect wizard and enable Password Writeback
