Resgisteration for MTA exam using US Army military email

Question

Hi,

My unit informed me that US Military can register for exams for free but when I enter my military email address on the dashboard eligibility page it is not showing any eligibility. Please let me know how I can fix this issue. I have other soldiers having same issues so it would be very helpful if I can get any information. Thank you.
