Windows 10/11 Azure AD Joined devices corrupted profile show unknown

After logging in for first time, Azure AD Join profile fails to load and just flickers on and off. Only option is to ctl-alt-delete and log off. I can login as Azure AD Admin account, but standard user account shows as "System' user profiles reflect 'Account Unknown'

Try remove the Azure Account and use Local Account and run Windows Update and download and install all updates and restart your PC.
Then join with the Azure AD account and see if the problem persists?
