I know that group owners can manage group membership from https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/r#/groups. However, we don't want to enable that interface as it allows any user to request membership to groups. We'd also like to avoid having them use portal.azure.com, as it's a bit much for non-technical users to navigate. Is there some simple UI that would just allow them to add and remove members from a security group?
They can use the Apps Portal:

Other than the built-in options, I dont think there is any other choice - other then spinning up something custom I suppose
As mentioned, I don't want to enable that group interface in myapps as doing so would give any user the ability to request access to groups. If you could specify which users could see groups in myapps that would work great, but as far as I know it's either all users or no users.
