Add Entity Framework to C# Project with DB Firebird in Visual Studio 2019

I would like your help to know if any of you have had details or it has happened to you that you cannot create the EntityFramework environment in the project since you cannot find another .NET Framework Data Provider, I do not know how to add the EntityFramework provider. Firebird as the information I find is not that correct or accurate. It is worth mentioning that you try it through the wizard and also through the Package Manager. (Attached Screenshots)
