Mind you, 
I have never got a successful image backup. Error (0x807800c5) with additional information saying “a virtual disk support provider for a specified file was not found (0xC03A0014)”.weirdly can not find anyone with the 0xc03a0014 error.
Images can be found below help is will be appreciated . There is also A error inside of the file on the drive error log.
