Authenticator recover backup not working

Hi, I really need. Microsoft Authenticator recover account is not working.

It says, "Unable to recover, something went wrong, please send us logs...."

I have similar problem that I can't turn on iCloud backup on my new iPhone.
I tried to capture traffic with Fiddler, and I found this request was broken.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue as well. This used to work without any problems before and now just all of a sudden just stopped working.
