Win +r, input : ms-settings:signinoptions ,enter
Or
Win + I, search [Require sign in]

Open OS page, Scroll to Require sign-in,
On machines that do not support Modern standy, here are 2 options ,this page calls the system WinAPI(PowerReadACValueIndex) to get only parameters 0 and 1.

    I found the parameter to set this value in the registry 【HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop】DelayLockInterval
