How to link my personal email id to my certificate?

Hello,

while applying for exam AZ-900 I have registered via my official email id. And got certificate on same.
But now, I want to link my Personal email id to it, instead of my official email id.

Is it possible to do so? And if possible how to achieve it?

Regards,
Vinaya
