Getting status message and subsequantly MessageID from Baseline Deployment.

I plan to use external notification with baseline deployments. But I am not able to find the baseline deployment's MessageID for External Notification's status filter rule.

Hi @xad xad ，

According to my understanding, we deploy the baseline to collection, and we will get MessageID, which navigate to Monitoring -->system status--> status message queries--> find the related record, and there is the Message ID.

And then we could put MessageID in status filter rule:

The problem I am encountering this that I am not able to find the MessageID that is specific to a single baseline. I tried using MessageID 1105, but that isnt useful as it does not return anything useful that would indicate a baseline has detected a non-compliant or compliant device.

I am trying to run the baseline on my client devices, and then I looked at all the status messages but did not find any message regarding whether a baseline has detected a non-compliant or compliant setting. So I am wondering whether when a baseline has been evaluated on a client's device, does a status message get sent back to MECM. If yes, how do I find the appropriate MessageID? If not, is there a work around to send external notifications when a non-compliant setting has been detected by a baseline?

Hi,

The messageID 1105 is just for our example, so if we input 1105, it is incorrect.

If we just configure the simple baseline to the client, will it show the record and messageID? In fact, a status message get sent back to MECM. If not, it may be something wrong in the baseline configuration.
