Hello,
I have a new laptop that was signed in with our MS global admin account on first install. I have now assigned the laptop to the person who will use it and have logged them in. On the lock screen however, I can still see the global admin account and I've not been able to find out how to remove it.
I have tried:
- Looking for the user in the registry, but that account profile isn't there
- removing from netplwiz, this was removed but the login still shows on lock screen
- removing the user file folder - still visible on lock screen
- looking in the accounts section of settings - the user was removed but still shows on the lock screen
- control panel - accounts, I couldn't even see the user in there to remove them
I've seen other ways to hide recent logins, but that's not really what I want to do as it hides everyone.
I'm hopeful that there's another way to do this.
We are using MS MDM (intune) for registering the device on the domain.
