Service interruption(unable to register for the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam due to service interruption)

Question

I am unable to register for the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam due to service interruption.

I am also unable to check for discounts due to Error CBE01(could not complete benefit eligibility check)
