I have created trial environment ,now it has been expiring the license . And when i try to upgrade it is asking me the payment mode.
please advise me how can i upgrade without any payment .
Basically you can not upgrade an account without having a payment method. Refer:

use Pricing Calculator to estimate the cost for the service, before you start using it.
Use alerts feature to notify you based on a predefined condition.
