I have an old tenant and want to delete it.
The deletion points to problems with:
Licence-based subscription
Microsoft Azure subscription
I have worked through the troubleshooting guides but the business portal (https://businessstore.microsoft.com) Isn´t accessible and there are no Enterprise Apps left.
The Tenant doesn´t have any users, groups or features left.
I´m thankful for any hint.

When it comes to deleting your tenant with the requirement of License-based subscriptions or Azure Subscriptions remaining, can you make sure you don't have any subscriptions within your Azure Portal or Microsoft 365 portal?

If you don't have any active subscriptions and are still having issues deleting your tenant, I'd recommend creating a support request for this issue since our support team can look further into your issue

When I try to open a ticket, it looks like this:
When I try other topics for the ticket, I´ll get to the last step of the ticket but then I´m getting this Info:

From your error message when trying to create a Support Request, can you make sure that the user you're signed in with has at least Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor permissions at the subscription level? Based off your Subscription screenshot, it doesn't look like you have the correct role/permissions to cancel the subscription, since it's reflecting that your user role is "unavailable".
I've also added our cost-management tag to this thread, so their team can look into cancelling/removing your subscription as well.

I can´t access or change anything related to Access Control at the subscription level.

Since you don't have the correct permissions to create a support request, I'd recommend the following:
Elevating access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups within your Azure AD tenant - if the user you're logged in as is a Global Admin. This'll give you access to all subscriptions and management groups in your directory, so you can create a support request.
Leveraging another Azure AD tenant without an active subscription so you can open a support request similar to my initial screenshot without having to select a subscription.
Using another tenant with a valid subscription to create a Support Request. You'll need to write a brief description within the "Issue Summary" letting the support engineer know the Tenant that you're trying to delete, including the tenant ID.

Short additional Info: I do not have access to any other Azure AD Tenant or Subscription
The only Global Admin I´m using in the tenant I want to delete, is enabled to access all resources:

For the Support Request I enabled - it was for the subscription you mentioned ending with 57a32c196f8b. I also spoke to my team to get their insights, and this might be a permissions issue with the user you're logged in with. Can you see if creating a new Global Admin user, logging in with that user, and re-attempting the tenant deletion process works? For more info.
If you're still running into the License-based or Microsoft Azure subscription error, this could be because your Zugriff auf subscription isn't in a deprovisioned state. For more info.
It appears that subscription ID {GUID} is blocking the deletion (according their feedback, the subscription is currently in “suspended” state; in order to proceed with the deletion, the status should be “deprovisioned”).

A new user ... sorry that was too easy ;)
I´ve tested it, but I´m sorry, this also doesn´t work. It made it even worse, if you take a look at the second screenshot:
The First time after login in admin2, there were two subscriptions and both couldn´t be deleted by admin2.
For deleting the tenant, I must delete the "admin" account.
Now, I can´t see any subscription left in the tenant and can´t delete it.

Since I haven't received a response from our Azure AD Directory Deletion team, I've reached out to our Subscriptions team to see if they can provide any insights on how you can cancel your subscription.

Hi, I´ve succesfully created a Support Request, but hadn´t the "Problem Type" and "Problem subtype" possibilities shown at your screenshot.
