I have tried to uninstall KB5012643 from Control Panel/Program and Features, from Advanced Startup/Advanced Options/Uninstall Updates and also using Command Prompt (Admin) “wusa /uninstall /KB:5012643”. None of them has worked. I did get an error code using Command Prompt of 0x800f0905. I’m starting to wonder if I did a Disk Cleanup and did a Windows Update Cleanup. Would this be the cause of not being able to uninstall the update? Is there some other way to uninstall this update?

Any specific reason why you want to uninstall that update? If you're facing any crucial issues, you can always use System Restore to restore your system back to earlier date.

Kindly note that security updates are mandatory for your system.
