Some documentation links are showing as request timed out even my internet speed is fast and documents are showing only in private sessions.
Even I cleared my browser cookies and cache. Document links are not working at all for most of the services in Azure Portal.
Please help me in this issue!
Note: Apologies! I didn't found azure portal tag so I kept azure virtual-network as i got this issue mostly in azure compute services.

I tried to reproduce but all the documentation links are working for me. Can you please try once again and share the results.

Which region are you located in and trying to create the services in?

Locations tried in (East US 1 &2, West US (1,2 &3) and Southeast Asia
@KarishmaTiwari-MSFT , Even I'm unable to create the Virtual Machines as i"m getting the error like "This size is currently unavailable in {location} for this subscription. NotAvailabelForSubscription". Locations I have tried is East US, East US2, West US 1, 2 and 3, Southeast Asia, and West Europe.
I have upgraded my free trail subscription to Pay-As-You-Go on May 1st 2022.

Yes, Submitted the Subscriptions Limit Quota Request - Received the Mail that they'll update once automation completes of provisioning the requested.

I have raised the Subscription limit Quota and also documents links working well. Few quota requests are completed and few are in review.

I have selected the Locations as East US, East US2, West US and West US2 and my Azure account is fresh&new and Converted free trial subscription to Pay-As-You-Go in May1st so there is no usage on Compute up to now as you can see here:

could you please explain me why I got this issue even though I haven't used the quota and what troubleshooting things we have to do and how to fix these issues in future in what ways?

Finally. another reason for this is that you personal info does not match your pay as you go info that you submitted previously, the subscription status/Owner role missing on the subscription.

-You have full access on the account
-Resource provider registered
-Account status is active

-No quota usage so far
My 2 cents are the followings:
Did you make other VM on any other region than the ones stated before? and besides that, without enabling Availability sets on the VM configuration.
