Employment Verification status "rejected"

Hello,

I have been trying for days to complete the enrollment process for the Microsoft Partner program, but the "Employment Verification" step has failed without explanation. I've repeatedly provided all the necessary information that was asked for, but still we are showing as "Rejected" and no apparent way to move forward and no explanation given.

I have tried to raise a support ticket, but there has been no response there. I don't know what to do here, this is really frustrating and I was hoping we would be through the approvals and be able to upload our application by now.

    You need to submit a support ticket here: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support?stage=1The process take a while as they have many cases to handle. Please try to be patient as they get to your ticket.
