Can't select pricing tier when create Azure Bing News Service

I am trying to create a new Azure Bing News service but when I insert the data in the form the "Pricing tier" dropdown list doesn't populate and so I can't create the resource.
I've already tried with Private window in Edge and this problem persist since yesterday.
I think that this could be a Portal problem.

Any hints?

@MarcoMaddiona-0863 The most likely reason that the pricing tier dropdown is not listed is because Bing news service is not registered with your subscription. Could you please navigate to the following path from Azure portal and check if Microsoft.Bing is registered?

Go to Subscriptions > Select Your Subscription > Resource Providers > Search for Microsoft.Bing

If not registered, could you please select the resource provider and select Register and then check if the pricing drop down is enabled?

Thank you, maybe it could be shown an alert to the user who tries to create a resource and doesn't know about this.
