Any Solutions for the better alternative for Dynamics 365 Data Export?

One of our client using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for past 10 years. They have huge amount data, same way they are doing data analytics like PowerBI dashboard, SSRS reporting with auto export to the SharePoint through SQL DB by Data Export option in Dynamics 365. They have different databases in Azure SQL to process all the reporting stuffs.

Now, We heard about the Data Export deprecation at the end of 2022 and Azure Synapses Analytics is the only option for us to switch. We can able to sync the Dataverse to Synapse, I think. But don't have any idea about the Live sync Synapses to SQL DB. We are searching the solution for long long time. But still there is no solution.

If anyone know the solutions, I kindly suggest you to write on this Question. It is really needed

Yes It is highly encouraged that you export your Dataverse data to Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Azure Data Lake Gen2 with Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse. More information: Accelerate time to insight with Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse

So, I believe in your case you are considering export your Dataverse data to Azure Synapse Analytics. Could you please share more info on what you mean when you say Live Sync between Synapses to SQL DB? You mean syncing data between Synapse dedicated SQL DB to SQL DB? If yes, we can create Synapse pipelines for same.

Please let us know how it goes or if any further queries.

Hi ,

I also have the similar kind of scenario where data will be exported to data lake using synapse link in the form of CSV files and using synapse with external tables querying the data from CSV files at regular intervals of time and inserting the data to SQL DB. This can be one of the approaches right ? . Can you please confirm @ShaikMaheer-MSFT .
