Salvage deleted account and login as the one on Azure?

Hello,

Can I salvage deleted account and login as the one on Azure?

My colleague created and managed pipelines on Azure DevOps.
(The pipelines connect Github and App Services)

When he left the company, no one knows he was using Azure DevOps. We deleted his account from Azure.

Then, App service got to show this error.

So I created a new account on Azure DevOps.
When I connected the Github project, Azure DevOps automatically recognized the existing yml file.
It shows this notification though.

However, the pipeline showed errors even though the pipeline he created was success.

I think I need to know what he set up.
It means I have to login to Azure as him and access DevOps as him.
(He didn't invite anyone for his DevOps project.)
Then I figured out I already deleted his account from Azure.
Here is where I'm now.

Can I salvage deleted account and login as the one on Azure?
Or are there any solutions about that?

I just wanna fix pipeline error.
