How do you fix a problem signing into the update backup on the Authenticator Android App?

I know that this question has been asked. But I can't find the solution to it. I just recently updated my Microsoft password. When I tap the Authenticator app and Sign in to Update Backup.

Then I get the message "Something went wrong. Please send us logs using the Send logs options." I turned off the Cloud backup because I had problems getting into it.

So what do I do to change the password in Authenticator Cloud Backup?

I turned off the Cloud backup

Is this the same Microsoft account you mentioned before?

I did do what you said, except I didn't delete my Microsoft account. But I am still getting "Something went wrong, please send us logs using the Send logs option. Now what?

How do I remove existing accounts on Authenticator?

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Click on the desired account on the app , and then select Remove.

I did and that did not work. I had uninstall the app.
