How do I link my certiport account to my microsoft account?

Question

I have completed two Microsoft excel certifications tests. I have passed both of them and have been sent an email about congratulating me/earning a badge to put on my linkdn profile. How do I get the certificates to show up on my Microsoft account. I'm shown my certifications on Certiport.
