hello. Recently i've created an Azure bot and connected it with Skype Channel.
I've read this article:

"Sorry, starting October 31, 2019, the Skype channel will not accept new requests to publish bots. This means that you can develop bots using the Skype channel, but the bot will only be available to 100 users. You will not be able to publish the bot to more users. The current bots on Skype will work without interruption."

Tell me please, does 100 users limit affects only on my OLD Skype Channel Bot or it also affects on my NEW bot registered in Azure ?

@amo CRM If you have created a bot channel for skype before October 31, 2019, it would not be limited to 100 users. Any bot created with skype channel after Oct. 31, 2019, will be limited to only 100 users. More details are also available in the documentation page for skype channel.
