I think your question is about transcript and badges and trophies and not about microsoft certification/exams.
However you click on your profile, then on the left you find the transcription at the bottom and then by clicking on achievements you find all your badges and your trophies, with a simple click on print you find a magnificent certificate which you can print and save pdf to your computer.
