Microsoft Authenticator Cloud backup

Hi,

I cannot restore the Microsoft Authenticator Cloud backup on my Android phone. While trying to restore, it gives an error as 'Unable to recovery - Something went wrong. Please send us logs using the Send logs option'. I don't have 'send logs' option in the app.
I tried reinstalling the app, switched nw connections, and even tried installing the app on another phone without luck.

Please advise what needs to be done in order to recover my accounts. I have raised 2 support tickets(1038846388, and 1038840290) and they redirected me here.

The issue got resolved automatically :D
