I am using Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit, and I want to prevent Hyper-v from loading at boot time, for all future boots until I reenable Hyper-v.

Simplest solution may be to turn off the feature.

The feature is already unchecked in that menu, but my VirtualBox is always detecting that the feature is enabled, even after a full shutdown and cold boot.
Sounds good, I'd suggest asking for help with virtualbox installation here in dedicated forums.
