Transport rule cannot see any connectors to select.

Hi, in ExOL we’re trying to create transport that uses a specific connector. When presented with the Connector drop down menu it’s empty and shows a message …

“No outbound connectors are available in your organization.
There is at least one test mode connector which is not included in the result. Please use -IncludeTestModeConnectors to view test mode connectors.”

We definitely have connectors.

Have cleared browser cache, tried incognito/private, different browsers, log out and in of Azure, added myself to global admin but to no avail.

Any ideas??

Hi @OMG98-0268,

Are you using Exchange hybrid?

And could you please run the command below to check the outbound connector in your environment? How many results returned?

 Get-OutboundConnector

Note that, there will be a default outbound connector to your on-prem domain if you are in a hybrid, and the default connector will not be contained in the list.

I'm not able to reproduce this, I am able to select connectors just fine:

Note that you can only select connectors "scoped" for transport rules, to get the list of such connectors within your tenant use:

 Get-OutboundConnector | ? {$_.IsTransportRuleScoped}
