Cannot replace Teams app in Developer Portal with an updated manifest

I have just learned about Teams Developer Portal.
In the portal I want to update an existing app because the version in the Developer Portal is not up to date with my latest version. But when I try to replace the app with a newer manifest I got the error:

I have validated the manifest and encountered no error:

How should I proceed here? Should I delete the listed app and then add the new manifest to the portal, because I have the app listed on Marketplace Offer and I am afraid that deleting it will affect the listing somehow.

@IngmarShidqi-5093 - Have you change the both version? If not, then change the both version try to replace it again.
