Our organization has moved to Microsoft Edge as the default web browser. We have two apps that require IE, so I did configure IE Mode and it works but I want to make the process easier for staff ahead of rollout.
The issue is this: 
For the setting "Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode" I cannot figure out how to set that by GPO to "Allow"
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
According to your demand, it seems like you're looking for policies that will automatically open particular sites in IE mode. If so, I suggest configuring the following 2 policies:
Use the Enterprise Mode IE website list (Internet Explorer) or Configure the Enterprise Mode Site List (Microsoft Edge, version 78 or later)
