I cannot select a size while creating a virtual machine on Microsoft azure

A lot of people have been taking advantage of the Azure free subscription and there is currently unprecedented demand. There is availability for free accounts in some regions (Australia is generally a good place to start) and we are working around the clock to add more resources.
