Assistance with removing Azure Site Recovery

I was testing out Azure Site Recovery and now am not going to be going that route at this time.

Following this document, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/site-recovery-manage-registration-and-protection I am not getting anywhere.

Following this document to delete the configuration server, I am not getting anywhere either as I am in preview mode vs classic mode. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/vmware-azure-manage-configuration-server#delete-or-unregister-a-configuration-server

I have attempted with PowerShell as well from the second link here. The commands have changed and I have been able to get around that part of it however, I get this error in powershell

Import-AzRecoveryServicesAsrVaultSettingsFile : Operation failed.
Vault settings file not found, please pass the file downloaded from portal

Any assistance would be great.

@LHITAdmin-4032 Welcome to Microsoft Q & A Community Forum. Can you please elaborate what errors were you facing when you were following the specified documents to remove Azure Site Recovery? Please do share the errors so that I can provide you actionable suggestions to diagnose or fix the issue.

For the error you are prompted to in the PowerShell, you need to download the vault settings file before you execute the "Import-AzRecoveryServicesAsrVaultSettingsFile" command. To get the vault settings, you can use Get-AzRecoveryServicesVaultSettingsFile command.

Get-AzSubscription –SubscriptionName LH-CLoud-DR-Subscription | Select-AzSubscription

$vault = Get-AzRecoveryServicesVault -Name LHUSWest2RecoveryVault

Set-AzRecoveryServicesVaultContext -Vault $vault

$CredsPath = "C:\Temp"

$Credsfilename = Get-AzRecoveryServicesVaultSettingsFile -Backup -Vault $Vault -Path $CredsPath

When I get to the last line I am being prompted for a certificate as shown here.

$Credsfilename = Get-AzRecoveryServicesVaultSettingsFile -Backup -Vault $Vault -Path $CredsPath
cmdlet Get-AzRecoveryServicesVaultSettingsFile at command pipeline position 1
Supply values for the following parameters:
Certificate:

What is this certificate that I need to have?

I have resolved

Connect-AzAccount

Get-AzSubscription –SubscriptionName LH-CLoud-DR-Subscription | Select-AzSubscription

$vault = Get-AzRecoveryServicesVault -Name LHUSWest2RecoveryVault

Set-AzRecoveryServicesAsrVaultContext -Vault $vault

$BMS = Get-AzRecoveryServicesBackupManagementServer -Name "myserver.domain.com"
Unregister-AzRecoveryServicesBackupManagementServer -AzureRmBackupManagementServer $BMS

Plus going through UI and selecting the Vault and proceeding to go through the steps to delete the vault.
