.net Value does not fall within the expected range

I have recently been getting this .net Value does not fall within the expected range. Win 10 I suspect it is to do with Power Toys but it does not say. I have unistalled .net resinstalled and updated Power Toys. Also rolled back to my oldest Restore Point and reinstalled everything from there.

It has made no difference.

I am not a developer although I have read many previous questions/answers on here and elsewhere. Anything I could try (within my range) has had no soluition as the warning messagfe appears at bootup but so far has not been popping up during normal work on the PC — which was a previously regular event, so some progress ;)

Can anyone please help me to get rid of this?

It looks as if this is solved.

After all the above, I noticed it ws powertoys so I uninstalled it and rebooted. The error did not show so I downloaded and reinstalled (settings seemed to be remembered from the earlier installation) and it has rebooted without the error.
