I've had my pc for about 8 months now. I bought it under windows 10 and have updated to windows 11 down de road. But one problem has been persistent through both versions : my number row at the top of my keyboard seems to bug randomly. Sometimes it'll just won't work, sometimes it'll write 5 times the number when I touch the key, and it's the same for symboles. And then after a few minutes it'll just go back to normal. I've looked up everywhere but haven't seen someone with the same problem.
Is it a laptop or desktop PC?
Is the keyboard connected by wired or wireless?
Since when this problem started?
Run Windows Update and download and install all updates.

I can understand you are having some issues related to Keyboard in Windows 11.
Please try to replace Keyboard with other Model.
Please try to Boot in Safe mode and see if you are able to access Number row from Safe mode.
Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
Run sfc /scannow
Run below DISM command from elevated prompt.
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
