RDP connection failes to VM created from Azure Lab Template however RDP connection to Template is scuucessful

Could you provide some more details about your situation?

What version of Azure Lab Services are you using (pre or post April 2022 Update)?

Does the lab use advanced networking?

Does your school/organization have a firewall?

Is it the same person trying to access the template VM as the published lab VM? Or is it only the students that can't access their VMs?

Are you using any integrations (Team/Canvas) or the website (https://labs.azure.come)?

What OS are you using (Linux/Windows)? Is it a Marketplace image or a custom image?

Any notable customizations to the template before publishing?
