Co-Management Workloads Troubleshooting

I have added two laptops to SCCM collections that the following workloads point to:

Client apps
Office Click to run apps

Everything is working as far as installing apps from Company Portal, etc, but the Configuration Manager app from Control Panel shows CoMgmtSettingsPilotCApp and CoMgmtSettingsPilotO365 as Non-Compliant

CoMnagementHandler log shows:

Could not find one of the mandatory rules
Failed to merge/resolve rules. Error 0x8000ffff
Failed to process GET for assignment (ScopeId_792D08E3-068B-48EA-8BF6-C3F09DE6B187/ConfigurationPolicy_41efb6a4-6236-4be6-af9e-e4710a9da8de : 13). Error 0x8000ffff

The Google-fu is coming up empty. Thoughts?

Sorry - I pushed a Client reinstall from the SCCM console and now everything looks fine. It appeared the non-compliance came from a reg key not matching what was expected. "Workload settings is different with CCM registry. Current value is 8193, expected value is 8321" Seems to have self-corrected.....

I seem to have to do this quite a bit. Any way to figure out what is broken that does not require a client reinstall everytime?

@MattD-7613, Thanks for the reply. In your second reply, I find "Workload settings is different with CCM registry. Current value is 8193, expected value is 8321" , it seems the co-management capabilities is not correct. In fact, the capabilities value reflects the combined workloads.

Based on my research, sometimes if the Configuration manager client is not updated, the Co-management capabilities will be affected to update. We can check if the version is different after we re-install the Configuration manager client.
