Does it not show up when you go to your account settings in Visual Studio? If not then I think you'll need to go back to your order email. Oftentimes they put the product key there for reference. Otherwise, depending on the seller, you may have to contact them to get it.
Otherwise I think you're out of luck. Product keys are (or at least were) stored in the registry but they were encrypted so you couldn't just go get them back (for obvious reasons). Someone wrote a script for an older version of VS here but it wouldn't work for VS 2022 as that app is 64-bit so the registry changed. Fixing the registry key may allow it to work assuming you haven't reformatted or something but I have no way of testing that.
