You dont have permissions to send to : recepient

hi,

i am seeing this error for exchange online user, where few of the users are not able to send an email to a specific user and it is prompting a mail tip in outlook saying "you dont have permissions to send to: <recepient address>.

Hi pavan,

Usually this issue would occur when the recipient is a distribution group.

As soysoliscarlos suggested, better first have a check if there are restriction settings on the mailbox.

In your Exchange Online, validate the Message delivery restrictions of that recipient
