Code runs from Outlook VBA editor but not from QAT or Developer tab

Hello.

I have a couple of simple macros that insert often-used text into the message window. They were working just fine until I added a new one, and now none of them work from the QAT or the Developer tab, but they still work if I run them from the VBA Editor window.

The macros are saved as separate modules. (I have noted that they WILL work if I move them to "ThisOutlookSession," but why would they work as modules yesterday and not today?)

I have exported all of the macros, deleted the VbaProject.OTM file, and reimported all of the macros. Still nothing.

Macro security setting is "Enable all macros."

I'm using Outlook version 2104 (Build13929.20296).

Yes. I'm sorry that wasn't clear.

Basically, the macros don't work if they are (a) in modules and (b) assigned to QAT buttons. But they worked two days ago. I changed something, apparently, but I have no clue what, and I've essentially started over, but still the buttons don't work.

(I also have no idea why the first message above is from RodneyAtkins-6271 and this one is from RodneyAtkins-0545.)
