Count like values in a list for charting

In my list I have Regions and Organizations
Region is a lookup to Regions list
Organizations is a look up to Organizations list.
In the parent list there are entries with these values and I need a numeric value of how many Organizations are in a particular Region so I can use it for a Google chart

Is there a formula, workflow or another way to get a numeric value how many
For instance

Hi @Scott1-1615,

Are you using SharePoint online? You could use Power Automate flow to get lookup value then update column in SharePoint list if you are using SharePoint online.

For Reference: Count of column based upon lookup values
