Hi all,
I have a server running Server 2016 Essentials. The SSL certificate has expired and I'm trying to renew it. But when I try to access the domain name configuration in Anywhere Access in the Dashboard, I get an error saying "An error occurred while setting up your domain name." (See attached image).
I have tried restarting the server and updates are all latest.
When I try to run a repair on Anywhere Access, I get the following errors:
The certificate for Anywhere Access is expired (already knew that).
Anywhere Access to your server is blocked. Please check inbound connectivity on port 443 and 80.
There is an error in your Remote Desktop Services settings that cannot be repaired automatically (no other info).
I have checked the router and ports 443 and 80 are open. As they should be because before the certificate expired, Remote Desktop was working fine.
I would like to upload the Dashboard.log file for someone to take a look at, but am a little cautious in case it contains company info that could be used maliciously by others. Is there a section I can post that would relate to just this problem?
Thanks.
