This https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?users=28:a721a448-59b5-4a5a-a072-bc9b149c663a is supposed to redirect to "UIB Demo2 Msteams" chatbot in teams. While we logged in using our personal Teams account it is not redirecting to the chatbot. But on using the organizational account it is turned to the "UIB Demo2 Msteams" chatbot. Can you please let us know the issue with a personal account?
Could you please provide any repro steps , so that we can try once from our end?
If we are signed in as an organizational user, the link when clicked will open the UIB demo chat bot.
But if signed in as a personal account - though it will open MSTeams, it will not open the chat of the corresponding bot - UIB demo URL. Please find the attachments.

To make sure that an Azure AD app registration would work fine for a bot solution, admin tenant should check the third option in the Supported account types: Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory - Multitenant) and personal Microsoft accounts (e.g. Skype, Xbox).
We had followed the same steps that you are mentioned to create the chat bot.
The bot url is https://teams.microsoft.com/l/chat/0/0?users=28:6807beb0-9ac3-4889-b88f-c341ef591571.
Still the link is not redirecting to chat bot while using personal Microsoft accounts. It just opens the Microsoft Teams alone.
